Attorney Kenneth D. Quat’s practice is focused on asserting and vindicating the rights of consumers, debtors, small businesspeople, and injured persons. - Predatory, discriminatory, and other unlawful lending practices
- Breach of warranty
- Wrongful foreclosure or repossession
- Injuries caused by dangerous or defective products.
